Install a safe pedestrian crossing on Elm Street

Children cross four lanes of traffic to reach Elm Street School. We are asking for a signalled crossing before winter.

Over 600 students walk to the school each day. The nearest crossing is 400 metres away, so most cross mid-block. There have been three near misses reported this term.
